These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of careapexhealth.com (the "Website") and to every order you place with CareApex ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. About us

CareApex sells skin care, hair care and health care products online across Pakistan. Our office is at AiSoft Office #1, 2nd Floor, Naseem Arcade, I-9 Markaz, Islamabad. The Website runs on Shopify.

2. Eligibility and accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Website with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
  • You agree to give accurate name, phone, address and email details. Incorrect details can delay or cancel delivery.
  • You are responsible for keeping your account login secure.

3. Products and health information

  • Our products are cosmetic and personal care products and supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and the information on the Website is not medical advice.
  • Patch test: before first use, apply a small amount to the inner arm or behind the ear and wait 24 hours. Stop use if irritation occurs.
  • If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, have a medical condition, or are buying for a child, consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. This is especially important for oral supplements such as tablets.
  • Always follow the directions and warnings on the product label. Results vary from person to person, and testimonials, reviews and before/after images reflect individual experiences, not guaranteed results.
  • We try to show products accurately, but colours, packaging and images may differ slightly from what you receive.

4. Orders

  • Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we confirm it, which may be by phone, SMS, WhatsApp or email.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing or listing error, if we cannot confirm the order with you, or if we suspect fraud or misuse. If you have already paid for a cancelled order, we will refund you in full.
  • We may limit the quantity of any product per customer or per order.

5. Prices and payment

  • All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Prices and offers may change at any time, but changes do not affect orders we have already confirmed.
  • We accept cash on delivery (COD) and any other payment methods shown at checkout. For COD orders, please pay the rider the full amount shown on your order.
  • Discount codes and promotions are subject to their stated conditions, cannot be combined unless stated, and may be withdrawn at any time.

6. Delivery

  • We deliver across Pakistan through third-party courier partners. Delivery usually takes 5 to 7 working days, but it can take longer during sales, holidays, bad weather, strikes or other events outside our control.
  • Orders above Rs. 1,400 get free delivery. Otherwise, the delivery charge is shown at checkout.
  • Please check your parcel when it arrives and report any damage as explained in our Refund Policy.
  • If a COD parcel is refused or cannot be delivered after repeated attempts, we may require advance payment for your future orders.

7. Returns and refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Reviews and content you submit

When you submit a review, photo, comment or message, you confirm that it is honest and your own, and you allow us to display it on the Website and in our marketing. We may remove content that is false, offensive, unlawful or unrelated to our products.

9. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the Website. This includes attempting unauthorised access, interfering with its operation, scraping it in bulk, placing fake orders, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

10. Intellectual property

All content on the Website, including the CareApex name and logo, product names, images, text and design, belongs to CareApex or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

11. Third-party services

The Website uses third-party services such as Shopify, couriers, payment providers, review tools and WhatsApp. These services follow their own terms, and we are not responsible for their content or practices.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by the laws of Pakistan, CareApex is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the Website or our products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. This does not limit any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

13. Privacy

How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Islamabad.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when they last changed, and the version on the Website when you place an order applies to that order.
